This position supports the establishment of F-35 Component Depot Repair capabilities and the expansion of the sustainment network of repair sources. The candidate will:
What You Will Be Doing
Manage depot capability activation projects from proposal through completion
Coordinate and integrate with customer and supplier stakeholders
Work with cross‑functional teams to analyze supplier/depot data to develop and execute plans
Report and manage progress, challenges, and milestone completions for multiple parallel projects
Identify and mitigate project risks
Baseline, execute, and hold accountability for project schedules to achieve on‑time delivery of capabilities

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience/combined education
Background in Military, Defense, or aviation maintenance
Experience with technical data
Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross‑functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality)
Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external leadership
Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance
Up to 30% domestic/international travel required for project milestone execution
Desired Skills
At least 3 years of project management in aerospace/defense
Demonstrated success delivering multi‑year, multi‑budget contracts (e.g., IDIQ, Cost‑Plus‑Award‑Fee) that include both infrastructure and technical elements
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (IPMA Level A/B, DoD PM). Earned Value Management (EVM) certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher highly desirable
Proficient in Tableau; XML coding
Active Secret Security Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance and you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret
