Concrete, Inc. of St. Cloud, MN is looking to hire a full-time Concrete Finisher.
Our commercial concrete Services include but not limited to: footings, foundations, insulated concrete forms, renewable energy and more.
Summary The Concrete Foreman will be responsible in the planning, coordination, supervision and execution of all activities on given jobsites. The Foreman must be a skilled manager and organizer with the ability to lead and motivate people, plan and expertly execute work, and ensure personnel and job site safety.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Safely manage projects on-site to produce quality workmanship within budget and schedule
Ensure all company policy, procedures and standards are enforced at the project site
Build and maintain good relationships with employees, customers, owners and subcontractors
Develop work schedule for employees
Train new employees in specific tasks
Responsible for all project safety
Effectively manage labor, material and equipment resources
Effectively maintain communications(paper and electronic) needed for jobsite and employees
Qualifications
At least 5 years experience in concrete placement
Experience with footings, walls, forming and flatwork
Ability to plan day to day operations, as well as work with management to forecast schedules
Valid driver's license
Travel
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Total station knowledge
Ability to shoot grades and elevations
