Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Operations Manager based in King of Prussia, PA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met, and optimizing workflows. Additional responsibilities include coordinating team schedules, handling client interactions, and identifying areas for improving efficiency and service quality. This role requires a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and a consistent focus on team management, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring teams
Proficiency in scheduling, planning, and optimizing operational workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, clients, and vendors
Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing day‑to‑day challenges
Knowledge or experience in drain and sewer services or related industries is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in using business and project management tools/software
A results‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality customer service
Dedication to maintaining workplace safety and ensuring adherence to industry standards and protocols
