Role Description We are looking for a full‑time Business Development Manager to join our team at our Crofton, MD office. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive company growth. Key responsibilities include generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, delivering presentations, and preparing tailored proposals. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals. This is an on‑site position where you will play a critical role in the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and proposal writing

Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales strategy implementation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proven experience in the custodial or facility maintenance industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales‑related software

Self‑motivated and results‑driven with strong organizational skills
