Regional Sales Manager — Maryland / Delaware Lead the team that helps Maryland families build their dream homes. At Caruso Homes, our On‑Your‑Lot (OYL) division empowers buyers to create the home they’ve been imagining—on the land they love. As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own the sales strategy across Maryland & Delaware, coach a high‑performing team of New Home Sales Consultants, and turn ambitious monthly targets into consistent wins.

What you’ll do

Lead & coach a regional team

to deliver monthly sales targets and uphold Caruso standards of performance.

Own forecasting —partner with Sales Consultants and leadership to accurately project closings and sales.

Drive market strategy —build and implement strategic marketing plans for each community; maintain an exceptional market presentation.

Raise the bar on contract quality

and set clear expectations for “Miscellaneous” reports and deadlines.

Run a disciplined sales operation —oversee CRM activity, daily task completion, and conversion tracing; compile, analyze, and review traffic reporting.

Improve customer experience —implement strategies that enhance satisfaction and retention across the region.

Enable quick starts —develop and monitor a Quality Management Inspection/Spec program and set EMD policy guidelines by community.

Recruit & develop talent —interview potential sales candidates and oversee onboarding/training for ongoing performance improvement.

What you’ll bring

Proven success leading residential/new‑home sales teams with strong coaching, accountability, and performance culture.

Mastery of sales operations (forecasting, CRM hygiene, traffic analytics, contract quality).

Strategic marketing acumen and community‑level execution experience.

Data‑driven approach with the ability to synthesize competitive market analyses and act on insights.

High integrity, customer‑centric mindset, and the interpersonal skills to inspire a diverse team across multiple sites.

Willingness to travel regionally; primary reporting location is our Crofton corporate office.
