Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child's progress. $18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
* Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
* Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.
* Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play.
Qualifications:
* Active, hands-on approach to work — you'll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
* Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
* Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
