Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

$18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.
Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play.
Qualifications:
Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
