Position Summary The Business Analyst II will serve as a subject‑matter expert between an operational unit and the IT department. They will collaborate with others in the definition, creation, testing and implementation of business applications to provide solutions for internal operations and external clients. This position is responsible for project planning, system enhancement designs and testing/implementation of the systems to ensure project objectives are met.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead Business Process Modeling sessions and document, co‑facilitate and serve as a subject‑matter expert in sketch sessions
Collaborate with warehouse floor employees and leadership to understand requirements and systematic changes to enhance service, efficiency and quality
Lead preliminary investigation for all project requests and further review/elicit requirements, specifications, tests, support and training plans
Participate in Business Process Management group efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve group‑owned processes
Perform root‑cause analysis to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity
Serve as the product owner and maintain priority and traceability of requirements from concept of delivery of a project
Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Oversee all stages of product creation (design and development)
Evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred
2 – 5 years of related work experience preferred
Logistics experience and WMS knowledge preferred
Previous experience in leading the defining, testing and implementing of business applications to support operational execution preferred
