Operations Manager (2nd Shift)

Location: Lockbourne, OH | Salary: $67,500.00-$96,300.00

Position Summary The Operations Manager leads one or more large‑volume operations, overseeing employee safety, customer relations, operational oversight, business metrics, staff development, and P&L. The role supports business development, contracts, team leadership initiatives, and improvement projects.
Essential Responsibilities
Maximize productivity, quality, and service by utilizing best practices for facility layouts, material handling concepts, technological enhancements, and measurement systems and communicating changes to office personnel.
Create and report on business plan objectives versus actual results to senior management and/or clients as required.
Support front‑line leaders and employees in talent attraction and retention.
Arrange staffing to ensure distribution centers are correctly staffed.
Ensure safety and efficiency throughout the operation according to customer and employer procedures.
Serve as the point of contact for customer relations and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business needs.
Conduct start‑up meetings, weekly walk‑around reporting, project teams, and training to drive corporate culture and keep the team informed on company/building news.
Maintain basic knowledge of all operational functions to instruct and train team members in every
