About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience in financial services (BFSI preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong US GAAP knowledge, proficiency in Oracle / SAP, and advanced Excel skills. Experience in large corporate environments. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and assist in audits. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring data accuracy. Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in financial workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to support business objectives. Mentorship: Guide junior accountants and foster team growth. Internal Controls: Monitor compliance with financial policies. Must-Have Qualifications
Education: Bachelors in Accounting / Finance (CPA / CMA preferred). Experience: 5+ years in accounting (BFSI background strongly preferred). Technical Skills
ERP Systems: Oracle, SAP (or similar) Advanced Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling US GAAP expertise
