Our Datacenter Operation team supports the company's fast growth by deploying and operating hyperscale data centers. The team takes full onsite responsibility for each site and manages the end-to-end lifecycle of the hardware fleet, providing reliable infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities
Install, deploy and configure server and network gear.
Work rotating shifts or hold on-call pager to meet 24/7 SLAs.
Replace server and network device parts as needed, maintaining asset accuracy.
Assist with network troubleshooting—cabling diagnosis and replacement.
Maintain high system reliability by prioritizing and resolving tickets efficiently, supporting escalation from lower-layer technicians.
Serve as first responder onsite for incidents, coordinating with datacenter engineering and infrastructure SMEs.
Provide onsite support for multiple initiatives, maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with customers, partner teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with server hardware troubleshooting, including server booting (POST, BIOS, PXE, IPMI, BMC, etc.).
Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and network hardware (console, copper/fiber cabling, switches, routers).
Linux administration knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience working with GPU servers such as H100, B200, GB200.
Diploma or Professional Certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
High level of agility and ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
Experience with vendor, project or program engagement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
