What you’ll do:
Work closely with students with special needs in small group or 1:1 settings
Build rapport and trust with the children in your care
Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment
Take direction from lead educators and assist when needed
Some roles include assisting various mod to severe scenarios such as Toileting; Personal 1:1 Care; Non-Verbal; Challenging or Aggressive Behaviors in the Classroom
Daily Pay Range:
Pay will vary for day-to-day assignments and is typically more for long-term placements. Pay varies by certification, school, and assignment.
Paid training hours and professional development opportunities (variable by state)

Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor
