Pay

Exempt / Salary paid twice per month

Annual Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am CST; employee will be required to work additional hours and days as needed to support business needs.

Summary The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function, responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. They lead direct reports and attain daily operational goals within the assigned area.

Essential Functions

Customer service satisfaction and expectation management

Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees

Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling

Health and Safety Management

State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Additional Responsibilities

Performs other duties as assigned.

Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis

Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required

Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required

Qualifications

H.S. diploma/GED required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required

One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is required advanced required

Logistics industry knowledge advanced required

Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required

Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required

Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required

Compensation Information The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
