Operations Warehouse Lead - End of Week Schedule

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Operations Warehouse Lead in our Fairfield and West Chester, Ohio facilities.

Responsibilities
Organize orders for pickup and delivery
Ensure items are packed and labeled ready for loading and shipping
Process warehouse stock products
Maintain an inventory and regularly update it
Ensure the inventory is controlled and maintained with high quality for the purpose of audits
Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and personnel for a smooth workflow
Inspect warehouse and warehouse practices to report issues to the management
Maintain and operate warehouse machinery and equipment for tasks
Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
Clean the warehouse and keep it hygienic
Keep the company quality policies in mind while working
Stay up to date and follow best practices
Support Cycle counts
Develop and maintain systems / inventory for an efficient product flow and financial reporting
Work with various functions to deliver materials to projects
Autonomously review, prioritize, and complete daily material and logistic needs
Who will you report to? You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor. This role is an onsite position for the end of week shift. You are required to report to either the Fairfield or West Chester, OH facility from Thursday - Saturday each week from 5 am - 5 pm.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate
3-5 years’ experience leading successful warehouse practices
Previous experience driving forklifts is desired
Experience working with large machinery
Ability to operate heavy duty warehouse machinery
Well versed with basic computer systems and inventory management software
