Responsibilities
Plan, review, and coordinate multiple permitting, design and approval processes to facilitate the construction and real estate development.
Attend and represent Kwik Trip at internal and external projects.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Associate Architect; basic knowledge of site design, storm water, and construction. Ability to research zoning and municipal planning processes to ensure necessary permits are obtained. Ability to read and interpret site plans and surveys; ability to cross coordinate multiple design professionals.
Accurate and detail oriented
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and AutoCAD
Exercise sound judgment within company guidelines.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
Work Schedule:
45 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday with some evening meetings and overnights. Flexibility in schedule; including 1/2 days on Fridays.
Candidate must be willing to relocate or be in office 3 days a week.
