Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
Shift Managers plan shifts, monitor performance, take actions to meet standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, communicate with the next Shift Manager, support departmental targets.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in McDonald’s corporate owned restaurants.
