Senior HR Manager

to oversee and lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and fostering a positive work culture.

Experience:

5‑10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Manage performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating practices as needed.

Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and provide effective resolutions to maintain a harmonious work environment.

Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Lead organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and change management.

Required Skills

Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional with a successful track record.

Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Proficiency in HR management software and tools.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
