Base pay range $40.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Big projects on the east/west coasts (which were not built into their initial demand) and they are pulling their recruiters to work the projects and these roles are backfilling normal BAU hiring.

Software engineering is the key background they target:

ServiceNow, Java (full stack)

They will most likely put the recruiters on lateral recruiting (core hiring – associate to ED)

20-25 reqs at a time with 6 fills per month as a desired quota (60 day window for training and ramp up)

Full life-cycle recruiting

Permanent hire? – They will need to assess, but the manager did acknowledge they’ve hired permanently through agency

Most people on the team do come from an agency background

Partnership is encouraged and equal credit is given internally

The spend is through Q1 of 2026 with a potential re-assessment in October and they do find that things generally go longer

Associate Responsibilities:

End to end ownership of the recruitment process for technology

Manage a portfolio of requisitions, owning full life-cycle of process (including sourcing, screening and ultimately closing candidates and driving the offer process)

Structuring and negotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managers

Building robust relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisor

Providing support and advice to hiring managers – demonstrating knowledge and subject matter expertise within the aligned technology discipline

Partner and leverage all avenues to find top talent i.e. LinkedIn, networking with new hires, partnering with internal sourcing organization and military recruiting, etc.

Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast‑paced corporate environment or contingent search firm

Skilled at sourcing passive talent and ability to sell them on opportunities within the firm

Direct sourcing tools and approaches such as social media, x‑ray searches, etc.

Prior success at delivering talent pipelines for technology groups

Innovative, creative and results oriented

Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
