We’re looking for an

experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney (3–4+ years)

who is as skilled in people as they are in the law. Someone who can confidently guide clients through emotional conversations, gain their trust, and deliver with kindness and precision. Someone who is not timid in court, yet never a “know-it-all.” Someone who owns their work, consistently meets deadlines with ease, and thrives in a team environment.

What You’ll Do

Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related legal matters.

Confidently manage your caseload with minimal supervision.

Draft, review, and edit legal documents.

Communicate with clients, attorneys, court staff, and paralegals with clarity and respect.

Nurture strong client relationships and consistently generate new business opportunities for the firm.

Participate in firmwide growth through mentoring, lunch-and-learns, and community engagement.

Attend networking and marketing events (some evenings/weekends).

Requirements

Minimum

3–4 years of experience

in Estate Planning and Probate.

Certification (or ability to obtain) to represent clients in Guardianship matters.

Board Certified, on track for Board Certification, or advanced degree (LLM) preferred.

Comfortable with technology, case management software, and working within firmwide goals/metrics.
