2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary Range:
$70,000–$80,000 base + bonus potential
Bonus:
6% target, up to 12% based on company performance
Role Overview We are seeking a
results-driven Production Supervisor
to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a
hands-on leadership role
supporting a
new production line , ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous setting and has a strong focus on
operational excellence, people leadership, and continuous improvement .
What You’ll Be Responsible For Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop
hourly production employees
Foster a culture of
accountability, engagement, and safety
Conduct performance evaluations and support training initiatives
Operational Excellence
Oversee
multiple manufacturing departments
on the shop floor
Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality using operational metrics
Identify and implement
process improvements
to improve efficiency
Apply
lean manufacturing principles
to reduce waste and improve performance
Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
Partner with managers and peers to align on production goals
Ensure compliance with
safety regulations, company policies, and labor agreements
What We’re Looking For Experience & Education
5+ years of experience
in manufacturing operations
Prior
supervisory or leadership experience
required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
preferred
Proven ability to
supervise 20+ employees
Experience working in a
union manufacturing environment
Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
Knowledge of
lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
Comfortable having
difficult conversations
and holding teams accountable
Self-reliant leader who can operate with minimal oversight

Experience training others
Strong job tenure and stability (especially pre‑2020)
