Who You Are Global Supply Chain Management – Subcontract Management role.
What You Will Be Doing As a Subcontract Management Senior, you will be responsible for contract execution on the Coproduction/International Team supporting F‑16 & C‑130 programs. Job duties include cost/price analysis, negotiations, contract documentation, purchase order maintenance, supplier performance management, and special assignments as required. You will lead multifunctional subcontract management teams, develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for major aircraft assemblies and components, prepare bid packages, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, write subcontract packages, prepare awards, administer resulting subcontracts, and manage required change activity.

Bachelor’s degree
Experience with procurement/buying, supply chain, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis, or commensurate experience in a related field
Experience with SAP or ERP
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Desired Skills
5+ years of experience
Experience with competitive and non-competitive procurements
Familiarity with execution of PO folders
Background and understanding of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) for all subcontract types
Negotiations experience in a Truth in Negotiations (TINA) environment
Interaction with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations
Aero industry experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week over five days; others may be condensed, providing employees with additional time away from the office in addition to our paid time‑off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10‑hour day, 3 days off per week
