Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority. Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants. Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications. Exterior structural maintenance as needed. Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required

2+ years' experience in general maintenance. Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry. Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters. Have good verbal and written communication. Problem solving skills. Be able to provide great customer service to our residents. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.
