is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Live on South Federal Apartments in Denver. We are offering up to $32/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off, and free skiing at Monarch Mountain! Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage over 78,000 apartment units in 25 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). In addition, Monarch’s ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.
Great compensation and benefits
$28 – $32.00 an hour
Yearly raises up to 5%
Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to
$3,000.00 Per Year!
On-Call Bonus,
$100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
$50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required
2+years’ experience in general maintenance
Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
Have good verbal and written communication
Problem solving skills
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.
