is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Live on South Federal Apartments in Denver. We are offering up to $32/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off, and free skiing at Monarch Mountain! Great compensation and benefits

$28 – $32.00 an hour

Yearly raises up to 5%

Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to

On-Call Bonus,

$100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.

$50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority

Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants

Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications

Exterior structural maintenance as needed

Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required

2+years’ experience in general maintenance

Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry

Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing

Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters

Have good verbal and written communication

Problem solving skills

Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

Physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.
