We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Credit Assistant to join our team. The role supports the Accounts Receivable Department and Customer Service by running reports, performing administrative tasks, gathering and tracking data, and performing reception duties as needed. Responsibilities
Process credit applications received by running a credit report, sales history, and researching applicants’ equity (Zillow); mail credit acceptance or denial letter; validate and enter resale certificate number into SAP. Create new accounts in SAP using a new account tracker and report weekly a list of pending new off‑premise accounts to senior management. Update revoked licenses in SAP using SLA website. Process sales deliveries and customer pickups according to policy & procedure, including tracking and necessary follow up. Process mailing for Unclaimed Property Yearly. Scan credit applications, resale certificates, and any other customer correspondence into Webdocs. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Maintain company’s stability and reputation by complying with federal and state regulations. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. High School Diploma. Experience:
Customer Service or Accounts Receivable background helpful; training will be provided. Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other basic office equipment. Results‑oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy and discretion.
