Job Summary : The Events/SALES Consultant is responsible for selling fun! Serving as the first point of contact at Urban Air, the role works with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other group. The consultant will make quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting, attend community events, drive brand awareness, and bring event business to the park. Phone and computer skills, multitasking, and a passion for delivering a memorable guest experience are required.
Qualifications & Expectations
Unlimited earning potential: base + commission.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted family entertainment environment.
Outgoing, personable with excellent verbal and written communication.
Eager to learn and develop new sales skills.
Excellent at customer conversations and selling.
Responds to all leads in a timely fashion—next business day.
Track record of beating goals.
Books sales at least three months in advance.
Knowledge of SMERF groups (Science, Mom, Exec, Retiree, Family).
Go‑getter who finds business through prospecting and networking.
Day in the Life
Sell fun and collaborate with the park team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Represent the park with enthusiasm, highlighting all exciting attractions.
Follow up with guests to ensure expectations exceeded.
Drive financial results in the store in partnership with leadership.
Prioritize safety and maintain a secure, sanitary environment.
Take initiative: address needs, share ideas, support teammates.
Working Environment
Family entertainment setting with exciting attractions.
Business casual dress code.
Availability required for Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts during the week.
