Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Quality Technician. This position is located near Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and the role will be on first shift, completing critical quality inspections.
The hourly rate ranges from $20 to $25 an hour, plus overtime. The annual salary is $45,000–$52,000. Work hours are 8 am to 4 pm.
Education required: High School. Minimum 1 year of experience, preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual inspections and accept/reject criteria on customer parts via receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
Operate precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore and thread gauges, fixtures, microscopes, etc.
