We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe/Conventional Machinist to operate and maintain CNC lathes and conventional machining equipment. Responsibilities
CNC Lathe Operation:
Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
Conventional Machining:
Operate manual lathes, mills, and other conventional machining equipment to produce or finish components as needed.
Setup and Calibration:
Prepare and calibrate machines, tools, and materials for each job, ensuring accuracy and precision.
Quality Control:
Perform regular inspections of machined parts, using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve issues with machining processes, including adjusting machine settings and tools to optimize production.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on CNC and conventional machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure optimal performance.
