Feeder Operator 3rd shift

As a Feeder Operator (Pressman Assistant), you will be assisting the Offset Press Operator of a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press as well as performing regular maintenance on the equipment. He/She has the key responsibility of delivering high-quality printing and meeting our customers’ expectations.

Job Description A 2nd Pressman to assist the Offset Press Operator of a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV W/Coater is in charge of:

Key Responsibilities

Run the press and deliver a product that meets the client's needs and company expectations

Perform quality controls while running and make necessary adjustments to the machine

Perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment following an established preventive maintenance schedule

Ensure that all raw material is available before starting production

Work in very close collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator

Participate in any other related task

Requirements

Mechanical skills are a plus

Printing Industry background a plus

Entry level to 2 years experience as a 2nd Press Operator is a plus

Autonomous, resourceful, accountable, and meticulous
