Eligible Applicants must have a
Valid Driver’s License
AND 6 months of professional work/Volunteer experience supporting vulnerable populations (ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.).

Full Range Scale $18.00 – $20.05 per hour

Job Description We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist children ages 12-21 with disabilities, behavioral or medical complexities in our residential program.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP/Caregiver), you will support children with activities that focus on increasing their independence. You will work with children to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, housekeeping and laundry duties, and assistance with personal care.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license required
6 months of professional work experience supporting vulnerable populations required
(ex. caregiver, nanny, paraeducator, direct support professional, etc.)
6 months of volunteer experience may be used in lieu of professional work experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older
per Washington state licensing requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
