Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You will have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting-edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team. Compensation Starting wages:
LPN Wage: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
Plus $3.40 per hour hero/hazard pay Shift premium - $1.00 per hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts Yearly wage increases

Scheduling Flexibility 8 hour shifts include rotating weekends + some holidays Full time – afternoon shifts available
Responsibilities Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with our guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment. Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients. Oversee the CNA team, providing direction & assignments, training, and recognition.
Qualifications A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR/BLS certification. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree or higher. High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being. Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care. Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
