7 pm – 7 am with weekend rotation
Pay Range
$34.90 – $52.35
Where You Will Work
The Critical Care Division at High Point Medical Center includes the Medical ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiac Stepdown units. The Medical ICU provides advanced airway management, continuous renal replacement therapy, wound management, normothermia management, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous infusion medication drips. The Cardiac ICU focuses on cardiac patients with similar equipment and also manages post‑CABG, intra‑aortic balloon pump, and Impella care. The Cardiac Telemetry unit monitors intermediate cardiac patients and supports post‑pacemaker, post‑catheterization, BiPAP, and other cardiac conditions.
We’re Looking For:
Less than 1 year of RN experience
Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do:
Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making, demonstrating compassion, excellent communication, and leadership to create a safe patient environment and outstanding patient experience.
