Job Description
Domino’s Pizza in Morris, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas and dining space
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Great attitude and an easy smile
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Food handling certification is a plus
