Domino’s Pizza in Pekin, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 1810 Court St. location. As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience while enjoying our delicious pizzas.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smile and customer-focused approach
Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
