Operations Associate – Major Global Hedge Fund – Market Leading $ Comp Package!

A highly prestigious, global hedge fund, with a multi‑billion dollar AUM (that continues to increase at a rapid rate), is looking to make a new hire into its Operations team in New York. The role will sit within Settlements, covering a broad remit across cash and securities products, facing off to trading teams and a wide range of internal stakeholders. Responsibilities will include settlements across equities, bonds and repo, managing daily margin flows, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and driving process improvements in partnership with technology. Candidates will also be exposed to project work, automation initiatives, and the opportunity to take on leadership responsibility over time. Ideal applicants will bring 4–7 years of experience in operations (clearing/settlements), strong knowledge of financial markets (equities and fixed income), and a track record of handling DTC/FED settlements, repo, or securities lending.
