Job Description

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 8544 Watson Rd location in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service

Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices

Manage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently

Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards

Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metrics

Assist in financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older

Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Basic computer proficiency

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred
