Job Description Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 11240 Manchester Rd location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards in our fast-paced environment.

Lead and motivate a team of pizza makers, delivery drivers, and customer service representatives

Ensure excellent customer experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality and service

Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling

Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals

Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets

Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Collaborate with other managers to share best practices and improve overall store performance

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older

Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

Strong leadership skills and a desire to motivate and develop team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting

Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)

Familiarity with the St Louis area and local food preferences (beneficial)

Team management experience (preferred)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
