Providing quality personal care and assistance to residents in a long-term care setting. Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance. Monitoring and recording vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents. Offering emotional support and companionship to residents.
Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota. A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly. Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature. LTC experience is preferred.
