The Food Preparation Center Coordinator position is responsible for food service operations at the Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center.
Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating the daily operation of dietary staff and the serving line
Training employees in proper procedures and sanitization
Ensuring that meals are served in a timely, efficient, sanitary and safe manner
Ordering and receiving food stores
Reviewing and maintaining routine records such as food inventory, temperatures, deliveries, etc.

Minimum Requirements Education: High school graduate.
Experience: Four years of sub professional or professional experience in a food service operation.
Substitute education for experience: NONE.

Special requirements: NONE.
Pay Base pay range: $16.65/hr.
Locality premium: $4.08 in compliance with 101 KAR 2:034 Section 9(1).
