Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone orders
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Multitasking capabilities to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
Basic computer skills for operating order-taking systems
Food handling experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be at least {AGE} years old
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
