About Advanced Dental Care is a community‑focused practice supported by Heartland Dental. With a practice manager, a highly trained onsite team, and access to a national network of experts, you’ll receive the resources and support necessary to deliver exceptional patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

Current dental hygienist license in FL and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)

Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation

CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

At least 1 year of clinical experience

Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems

Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to provide preventative care and maintain patient dental health

Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; reasonable accommodations available to individuals with disabilities

Prolonged periods sitting and standing

Lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times

Attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year

TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN)
