We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Coordinator
to join our
Skilled Nursing Facility in Starke, Florida . This is a
full-time, benefit-eligible position
with an
immediate opening . The ideal candidate will have experience in
long-term care ,
leadership roles , and
human resources coordination .
This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial operations, employee onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day administrative support within our facility.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Coordinator Duties
Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new employees
Maintain employee files and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws
Track timekeeping, attendance, and benefits enrollment
Support payroll processes and employee relations
Assist with audits, surveys, and compliance reporting
Qualifications
Previous experience in management, HR Coordinating, or similar role (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred)
Knowledge of
long-term care regulations , and HR compliance
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with onboarding, training, orientation, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
