This role executes strategic workforce initiatives, strengthens relationships with internal and community partners, and guides employees and job seekers in pursuing healthcare careers and advancement opportunities.**Experience:*** 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or related workforce development role required* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint require**Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required**Cook Children's Health Care System**Cook Children's Health Care System offers a unique approach to caring for children because we are one of the country's leading integrated pediatric health care delivery organizations.
