Job Description: The Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for a wide range of positions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, attract qualified talent, and deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through day-one onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts from job intake through offer acceptance and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Draft and post job advertisements aligned with business needs and employer branding

Source, screen, and engage both active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools

Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, background screenings, and pre-employment requirements

Lead a structured and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires

Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Track recruiting metrics and use data to evaluate and improve hiring outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred)

Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including manufacturing, technical, administrative, sales, and leadership roles

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite work environment

Proven commitment to long-term career growth and organizational alignment
