Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Dining Room Manager role located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Dining Room Manager will oversee all dining room operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage the food service team. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily meal services, supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and delivering a positive dining experience for residents and guests. Training and supporting team members will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing outstanding experiences.
Knowledge and experience in food & beverage operations.
Skills in managing and training food service staff.
Basic cooking skills and understanding of food preparation processes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
Previous experience in senior living or hospitality is preferred.
Certified Food Protection Manager or similar certification is a plus.
