Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24‑hour emergency department. The Administrative Coordinator 1/2 is located in the Outpatient Clinic to provide a variety of clerical duties in support of staff and patients.

Job Duties
Maintain computer data for Cadence Scheduling.
Act as a primary contact person for scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments.
Answer phones, process work queues, and route messages.
Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail to the appropriate clinic staff.
Position‑Specific Details Work Location: The Administrative Coordinator 1/2 position is located in the Outpatient Clinic.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
