Job Description We are seeking a polished and motivated

Front Desk Executive

to serve as the first point of contact at our Los Angeles location. This role is essential in delivering a professional and positive experience to visitors, students, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy

Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

Provide accurate information regarding programs, services, and internal procedures

Maintain an organized reception area and ensure a professional office appearance

Coordinate with internal departments to support daily administrative needs

Handle documentation, data entry, and basic office records with attention to detail

Support overall office efficiency and customer experience
