Behavior Technician / RBT

Compensation Base pay range: $22.00/hr – $25.00/hr. Additional $900 milestone bonus available. Benefits include health and dental insurance, and 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities
Implement and maintain ABA therapy best practices.
Work directly with children with ASD.
Engage parents in therapy sessions.
Bring a positive attitude and passion for working with children.
Requirements
Reliable transportation.
BLS certification.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities with children.
Complete RBT training to become certified.
High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience working with children.
Driver’s license required.

Work location: Provide in‑home services.
Job type: Part‑time (with advancement opportunities).
Schedule: Monday to Friday; Saturday availability required to make up time.
Location: Carlsbad, CA.
