Location: Los Angeles, CA (Koreatown) Schedule: Full-Time Work Setting: Onsite / In-Person

Are you a dedicated therapist looking to make a meaningful impact with adults in recovery? Join our adult residential treatment program, where you’ll provide evidence‑based, trauma‑informed care to individuals navigating substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring diagnoses.
Our program emphasizes a holistic, client-centered treatment model, integrating Eastern and Western therapeutic approaches within a structured residential environment. As a Primary Therapist, you’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team committed to ethical practice, clinical excellence, and long-term recovery outcomes.
We are seeking a Primary Therapist (AMFT or ASW) with residential or adult treatment experience who is motivated to grow clinically while supporting clients through critical stages of recovery.
Primary Therapist Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adult residential clients
Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Support clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed
Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, case managers, and outside treatment professionals
Maintain compliance with California licensing requirements, facility policies, and documentation standards
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning
Required Qualifications
Active AMFT or ASW registration in California required
1–2 years of clinical counseling experience, residential treatment preferred
Experience in adult mental health, substance use, or co-occurring treatment
Strong knowledge of treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention
Sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical practice
