Project Overview We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist with a large-scale device transition initiative impacting approximately 9,000 lines. This project will run throughout 2026 and involves supporting end-users with permissions setup, routing numbers, password and PIN assistance.
Responsibilities
Provide phone and remote support for device transition issues.
Assist with permissions, routing numbers, passwords, and PIN resets.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows 10, Office 365, and device setup.
Manage tickets using ServiceNow or similar systems.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Candidates must be open to working either of the following shifts (40 hour work week):
Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (1-hour lunch)
Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST (1-hour lunch)
Saturday coverage: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (remote, lunch 12:30-1:30 PM)
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
