Description Georgia Pacific is allowing employees to bring their own devices. The initiative involves approximately 9,000 lines that will need assistance. It is a 2026 initiative and could last all year. Two team members will work different shifts to support any calls that come in for device transition. They will be giving permissions, routing numbers, passwords and pins.

Shift Details The shifts are: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST with a 1‑hour lunch. The other shift is 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST with a 1‑hour lunch. Saturdays require coverage 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST with lunch from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM; this day can be worked from home.

Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00–$18.00 per hour.
